Selling process simplified from valuation to completion:
- Upon receiving a phone call/email from prospective vendor/seller, One of CitiQuays agents will visit your property and give you a FREE valuation and discuss our Terms of Business along with our services in full.
- When agreed with vendor and agent (price, fee etc) the agent will take the property details, photos and advertise the property.
- An agent will contact prospective buyers on their database, vet emails & phone calls about the property from prospective buyers via advertisements. Once the consultant is happy their prospective buyer can afford and in a position to buy they will then arrange a viewing with seller/tenant at the property (accompanied by one of Citi Quay’s consultants). This procedure will take place until the property is Under Offer.
- Once an offer has been made on the property, your agent at CitiQuays will negotiate the price; between yourselves and the prospective buyers until a sale is agreed (should a price not be agreed we will start the procedure in point 3 again until sold).
- Once the property price is agreed the agent will send letters to both sets of solicitors to start the sales process. The agent will then keep in touch with all parties during the conveyancing between both parties solicitors until the property exchanges and completes.
- Advertising on major property portals (Findaproperty,Rightmove, prime location etc)
- For sale boards (where applicable)
- Full colour details with photos
- Floor plans 2D – 3D (dependant on fee*)
- EPC (at owners cost but required)
